Upward Bound

College Is Worth It! The More You Learn, The More You Earn!       

          

Upward Bound is a year-round program sponsored by a grant through the U.S. Department of Education. The focus is to identify and select eligible high school students who meet income guidelines or who are first generation college students. They are offered the opportunity to enhance their academic and social skills needed to succeed in post-secondary education.  

TSTC Upward Bound is currently accepting new students for the 2008-2009 school year.

Fill out and complete the attached student application:   2008-2009 UB Student Application

Drop off application at your high school counselor's office on or before the application deadline of November 21, 2008, to be considered for acceptance into the program.
