Welcome

Telecommunications is one of the fastest growing professions in electronic technology. This specialization includes satellite transmission, fiber optic systems, microwave transmission, light-wave systems, data communication and international communication networks. You will complete lessons with digital data communication videoconferencing, wireless telephone systems and transceiver trouble-shooting. The broad skills of a telecommunications technician will require you to learn about work with a wide range of technologies.

Our program will give you the chance to master the basic skills necessary for immediate employment after you graduate with an Associate of Applied Science degree or a Certificate of Completion. You will establish an education foundation that provides you with essentials that allow you to expand your training after college. Our faculty make individualized instruction a priority within the curriculum as you work on production operations, field technology, developing new equipment, and the installation and service of existing equipment.

Fujitsu has authorized our program as an official training site for the Fujitsu Certified Network Professional Installer 1 & 2 Training and Certification Program. The training here simulates tasks you will perform in your career after college.

We have numerous offices on campus with services that accommodate your education needs. You’re invited to visit our facilities, tour the entire college, chat with faculty and students, and meet with financial aid representatives. We can help fill your education needs so you can reach your career goals.
