The Texas State Technical College Harlingen Printing Production has served its customers through its programs of excellence in offset printing and quick copy prints. Whether we are communicating about our initiatives internally or externally, it's important that we do so in a way that is consistent and effective. By ensuring that our visual communications — be they print or electronic — convey a cohesive image to our many audiences, we help reinforce TSTC's reputation as a strong, bold, enduring, innovative institution. This serves to enhance the reputation of each of TSTC's many programs as well.
This guide highlights the standards designed to help TSTC and its programs achieve a consistent image in promotional materials produced for audiences both on and off campus. It applies to such printed items as brochures, flyers, posters, letterhead, business cards and newsletters; to presentations and displays.

We fully endorse this effort and ask that each TSTC employee and department or entity leader assist us in upholding these standards. Ultimately, the success of the institution and its individual programs rests on TSTC's professional image and reputation.
