At the TSTC Harlingen Printing Production Service, we

STANDARDS
In our efforts to provide customer service, we have established the
following standards for responding customers.
- We respond to telephone calls within 24 hours.
- We respond to e-mails within 24 hours or earlier if possible.
- We respond to correspondence within a week, or earlier if
possible.
