The TSTC Harlingen Police Department recognizes its duties and responsibilities to the students, staff, faculty and visitors who are on our campus daily. Within this department's efforts to provide a positive customer service attitude, we have developed the following standards for responding to our customers.

  • To respond to all calls for service in a quick and reliable manner.
  • Define each incident and provide a reasonable avenue action for the customer
  • Provide awareness programs and information that will assist all customers
