The TSTC Physical Plant is responsible for continuing maintenance and operation of college buildings, grounds and automotive equipment.

The Physical Plant is made up of several department, which include Building Maintenance, Engineering, Custodial Services, and Roads and Grounds.

This department is also responsible for construction projects, building modifications, repair and renovation. We are a service-orientated department assigned to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the campus community.
