Hi! My name is Krissy Saldivar and I am an On-Campus Mentor here at TSTC. As a mom returning to school, I understand how hard it is to juggle home life and school life. Trying to find new ways to squeeze study time into an already hectic schedule is hard, but well worth it when you see the good grades. I took the Mentor position because I feel some of my experiences might be helpful to other students who are in similar situations. So, if you find yourself needing someone to listen and maybe offer some advice on handling campus life, please call or come by the Student Success Office. I look forward to meeting you!
Hello, I am Bernadette Palomino and I am an on campus mentor here at TSTC. I am a mother of two beautiful children and pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in which I start in the fall. As an on campus mentor, I am pleased to have the opportunity to assist my fellow students with any problems or concerns in which they may possess while pursuing their career of interest. I realize how essential it is to be encompassed by a positive attitude, therefore, as on campus mentors we are here to help alleviate any minor stresses you may have that way you can focus on the more important things in life. I hope to see you soon as I am pleased to meet and assist you to the best of my ability.
Hi! I'm Celina Garcia. I am a student here at TSTC, and a mother to my two year-old daughter. I am currently in the dental hygiene program and I am planning to graduate in May of 2010. I am a member of the SADHA club. I am also a mentor here on campus in the Student Success office, and I would be glad to help anyone with any assistance they may need. If you feel like you need advice about college or are looking for any kind of help here at TSTC, come by and see me at the Student Success Office. I will be glad to assist you.
