Hello and welcome to the biology department! I am a

native of Harlingen and a graduate of Harlingen High

School, Texas State Technical College and UTB.

I worked at Valley Baptist Medical Center for many

years as a clinical laboratory technician but have

enjoyed being part of TSTC’s team for eight years now.

Life is exciting if you plant yourself in the area or

field of your choice. The health field attracted me and

although I became an RN in my later years I have no

regrets.

So what is it that you desire to attain? Sometimes

the decision is not easy but if you dare to find your

interests I assure you …….success. Give yourself the
