  Customer Service Principles:

  1. To support and optimize instructional delivery for our customers, the CNST department will acquire and deploy instructional resources efficiently and effectively.
  2. The CNST department will address customer needs, preferences and priorities.
  3. Evaluations and Customer feedback will be the basis for improving the quality of instruction.
  4. The Department will provide excellence by maintaining highly skilled and certified faculty and staff who treat customers with respect and nurture students' self-esteem.
