The TSTC Harlingen ID card has a stored value credit program which are called Mustang Bucks. This is simply a method of depositing cash on your Student ID Card, which can then be spent at various places (including the LRC, to make copies).

How do I purchase Mustang Bucks and have them loaded on my ID card?

There are three ways:

1. Go to the cashier window in the Student Services Building. Make a payment of any amount for Mustang Bucks and have it placed on your card there.

2. Go to the CSVT (Card System Value Terminal) located in the Learning Resource Center. It is located to the right when you enter the library, and looks like an ATM. Insert cash in any amount and have it placed on your ID card there.

3. Request an amount up to a limit of $50 be transferred from the financial aid credit Refund in your student account and place it on your ID card as Mustang Bucks.
