Welcome to TSTC’s Learning Resource Center, the first Tuition Revenue Bond-funded facility to be built on the TSTC Harlingen Campus. The purpose of the LRC is to provide the learning resources needed to support the college’s technical and academic educational mission, to supplement classroom instruction, and to meet the broad reading and informational needs of a multi-cultural student body.
