WELCOME TO THE TSTC WELLNESS & SPORTS CENTER

The Intramural Program offers faculty, staff and students indoor and outdoor sports and facilities throughout the year. The Wellness and Sports Center offers a gymnasium, a cardio room, weight room, two racquetball courts, two outdoor athletic fields, a walking trail, outdoor basketball courts, and two outdoor tennis courts. Indoor sports offered are basketball, volleyball, soccer, and kickball league play and tournaments. The Intramural Program also has afternoon and evening aerobic classes and cardiovascular and muscle toning classes.

The Intramural Program includes a dance team. The TSTC Silver Spurs perform at numerous TSTC events throughout the year. If interested, you may contact the dance instructor at 956.364.4346.
