Mustang New Student Orientation

Welcome, Mustangs!

Welcome to Texas State Technical College-Harlingen!  Our Mustang New Student Orientation program is designed to help you make the transition into college as smooth as possible.  It will help calm your nerves, answer any questions you might have and get you prepared for the many exciting challenges that await you at TSTC.

You will learn valuable information about financial aid, student housing and various other departments and organizations that will help you get the most out of your college experience.  Upon successful completion of the Mustang New Student Orientation program, you are graded for your satisfactory attendance and allowed to continue the registration process for the following semester’s courses.

Students will learn about:

• WebAdvisor and NetMail accounts
• Student Health Services
• Student Clubs & Organizations
• Support Services for Special Populations
