Using your ID to purchase from vending machines using Mustang Bucks account is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

 1. Make sure you have money in your Mustang Bucks account.

 2. Display will show "Insert card and remove card".

 3. Make your selection on vending and enjoy.

Troubleshooting steps:

Using your Techone card student Id:

• Student Id may not be activated with Higher. To activate go to www.techonecard.com.
• Make sure student has Mustang Bucks on his/her account. If not then you can place Mustang Bucks in the following locations: Cafeteria cashiers, Business office cashiers, or CSVT machine located in the LRC.
• If student gets a "Read Error" then the magnetic stripe has been damaged and student needs a replacement.

Using your Official TSTC Employee Id:

• Employee must have Mustang Bucks in their account in order to purchase from vending.If not then you can place Mustang Bucks in the following locations: Cafeteria cashiers, Business office cashiers, or CSVT machine located in the LRC.
• If employee gets a "Read Error" then the magnetic stripe has been damaged and employee needs a replacement.

Using your Mustang Gold Id:

• Make sure student has Mustang Bucks on his/her account. If not then you can deposit Mustang Bucks in the following locations: Cafeteria cashiers, Business office cashiers, or CSVT machine located in the LRC.
• Student (E.C.H.S.) may show de-activated on CS Gold and needs to be activated for the current semester.
• If student gets a "Read Error" then the magnetic stripe has been damaged and student needs a replacement.
• If any of the above issues take place, students need to go to the ID Center for assistance.

Using your Mustang Value Card:

• Student must have Mustang Bucks on his/her account. If not then you can deposit more Mustang Bucks in the following locations: Cafeteria cashiers, Business office cashiers, or CSVT machine located in the LRC.
• If student gets a "Read Error" then the magnetic stripe has been damaged and student needs a replacement Id.
