When swiping your ID card on Turnstiles at the Field house you must wait for the light to turn from red to green, immediately after, you will hear click, then walk through.

Problems at Turnstile (Green then Red)

TechOne Card Problems on Turnstile:

• Student may not have their ID card activated in HigherOne.
• Individual may not be currently enrolled for the semester.
• Student may be showing as non student if his/her classes were dropped and then added on Registration.
• Student's ID magnetic stripe may have been damaged.

Employee Card problems on Turnstile

• Employee's ID magnetic stripe may have been damaged or worn out.
• If employee is also a current student he/she needs to use their employee ID on campus, and needs to be active as student.

• NO Field House Access.
