The One Account ATM is located in the Student Center in front of the Bookstore. You can use the ATM to withdraw cash and /or view the available balance on your One Account. There is no fee when using your Tech One card. Remember the withdrawal limit per day is $500.00.

Using the ATM:

Make sure your Techone Card is activated before using it at the ATM. Your Techone must also have funds (FA refund) in order for you to check if you have any refunds. If transaction denied check for the following:

Transaction Declined

• Insufficient funds in your account.
• Your account may be placed on hold for an additional amount on your account.
• The address you provided for Higher One may not match with what they have on file.
• You may have selected 'Credit' instead of 'Checking' at the ATM.

($1.00-$5.00) Fees

• Fees apply whenever a non-Higher One ATM is used to withdrawal money or perform a balance inquiry. There is also a fee to be incurred whenever an unsuccessful transaction is performed at a non-Higher One ATM.

Tech One Card not working at local ATM

• Damaged Magnetic Strip
• Inaccurate PIN
• Communication errors at the point of sale terminal
• Inactive card
