TSTC’s Human & Organizational Development Office assists in developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and procedures that encompass various aspects of human resource management including employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, staff training, employee benefits and services, equal employment opportunities, and employee records.

This office is committed to maintaining high standards of quality in recruiting faculty and staff, as well as in the training and recognition of current employees.   Accordingly, the HOD Office provides opportunities for professional growth and development through In-service and in-house training and opportunities for recognition through the recognition and service award programs.

The department maintains and develops policies and procedures enabling the college to achieve its goal of establishing a culturally diverse college community.
