Thank you for your interest in TSTC Housing as your residence while you are attending TSTC. We hope that TSTC will provide you with the comforts of home as you strive to obtain your education goals.

Our dorms are not apartments in which students just eat and sleep, but rather places to learn about oneself, other people and life in general.

Our student housing consists of seven apartment complexes, with 40 efficiency/kitchenette dorms and 80 efficiency/micro-fridge dorms. They are divided among male, female and family apartments. Two-student and four-student dorms are available, as well as family apartments. We do not offer co-ed or single student dorms.

Individuals must be enrolled in a TSTC program of study or related academic coursework to be eligible to live in college housing. Individual housing is available to students eighteen years of age or older; individuals under eighteen years of age must receive individual approval from the Housing Supervisor.  Occupancy of student housing is on a first-come, first-served basis without regard to the individual’s sex, color, age, religion, disability or national origin.
