:: Housing Application

A $100.00 deposit is required in order to be on the Housing assignment list. Deposit is refundable if unable to attend upon notifying Housing Office. Housing is on a first come, first serve basis. Tenants may not move into dorms until they have paid the dorm rent and deposit of $100.00 on or by registration day. The Housing Office is located in Building "R" on Boxwood Street.

Dorm rates are as follows:

:: Single Students

• Palo Blanco Dorms (2 students)
  Kitchen Efficiency
  $725/Semester
• Las Palmas Dorms (2 Students)
  Micro-Fridge Efficiency
  $725/Semester
• Oak Tree Apartments
  A/C Shared Apt.
  $655/Semester

All Single Student Apartments/Dorms are fully furnished and all utilities are included in rents.   They are furnished with major appliances, beds, and desks.

:: Families

• Family Apartments
  Married/Single Parents
  2 Bedroom-Un-Furnished
  $455/Month

Family Apartments are all unfurnished and all utilities are included in the rent.  They are only furnished with major appliances.
