“DREAM BLUE” is a concept adopted by our HEP program, which reminds us that through education, the sky’s the limit and HEP is the first step to reaching goals that at one time may have seemed impossible. When our staff and students see and/or hear these words they are reminded of all the hard work and dedication that goes into our program and that which makes us proud, determined, and successful individuals.
