Distance EducationTSTC Harlingen is transitioning from MyLearning to Moodle. The transition will occur during the summer 2009 semester. Therefore, students will need to access their online course information on either MyLearning or Moodle. Your instructor will inform you of where your course resides. Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Distance Education Office Fall 2009 Online Course RegistrationAugust 10th - 13th, 2009... Last week to register for online courses via phone or email. August 14th - 28th, 2009 ... No PHONE or EMAIL registration. Students must register in person in W-104. August 17th, 2009 ... Online students must clear ALL flags at TSTC Harlingen or will be un-enrolled from VCT. August 26th, 2009 ... Any student de-registered at TSTC Harlingen will be un-enrolled in VCT. It will be the students' responsibility to find a new class. All students registering for an online class must sign the Distance Education registration form. If you registered for a class via phone or email, a form will be emailed to you and you must acknowledge with a reply to the email. You will find that many of our online services can be accessed using the same username and password. This is often referred to as your “WebAdvisor” username and password. You will find your username on the invoice you are given when you pay for classes. In most cases, it is your first initial, middle initial, last name, and a number (e.g. John Q. Smith – jqsmith123).
