Proctored Testing

All Distance Learning courses require proctor testing unless otherwise indicated by the instructor.

Students must contact the Distance Learning Office 24-48 hours in advance to schedule an exam.

Students must show their valid Student ID card prior to taking the proctored exam.

Students must read and sign the Distance Learning Student Proctor Exam Agreement

All Distance Learning Student Proctor Exams will adhere to the Scholastic Honesty outlined in the TSTC Harlingen Student Handbook, which can be located at: http://harlingen.tstc.edu/handbook

Proctoring Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Distance Education Office

Friday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., Distance Education Office

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., TSTC Library

Sunday: 1 p.m. - 2 p.m., TSTC Library

**During MIDTERMS and FINALS testing hours on Saturday will be extended (9am - 3pm). Exams will be taken in the Distance Learning Testing Lab**
