Do you need to develop a full online course(s) for TSTC Harlingen? Here is where you will need to start. 

First, fill out, sign and file the Distance Learning Course Approval form with the Distance Learning Department.

Second, use the Quality Assurance for Online Learning rubric when developing your full online course(s).

The full online course(s) will be evaluated and must be approved by the  Distance Learning Advisory Committee (DLAC) prior to offering.
