October 28, 2009 Solutions to Conflict This workshop will help students begin to understand conflict and the processes needed to resolve it. The focus will be on negotiation, mediation and diplomacy. April 7, 2010 Appreciating Our Differences This workshop will help participants broaden their personal definitions of culture. This session will promote the bridging of cultures by respecting the inherent right of all person to live with dignity and freedom, while respecting individual rights of expression. June 09, 2010 Your Future is Wide Open This workshop will introduce tow career assessment programs, Kuder and Discover, to students. These programs will provide students detailed information covering over 500 specific careers. Workshops will be conducted from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. The location will be provided at the time of registration. Students must pre-register for this workshop either online or in person and participation will be on a first come, first served basis. To register online, students should go to https://secure.harlingen.tstc.edu/Workshop , click on "Register" in the left margin and log in using their Netmail Login and Password.
