:: Customer Service Principles

The Office of Collaborative Projects Department (OCP) provides advisory and administrative support to students, parents, educators, and administrators (our customers) by applying the following principles:

1. Be considerate of our customer's needs, preferences and priorities.
2. Receive feedback from our customers so as to continually improve.
3. Support and optimize service delivery to our customers by acquiring and administering information and resources efficiently and effectively.
4. Maintain a highly skilled and trained OCP staff so as to provide valuable goods and services to our customer.

Customer Service Goals, Objectives, and Standards

1. Support and promote efficient, timely and effective use and management of OCP assets by adhering to the following:
1. Keeping contracts/articulation agreements updated.
2. Facilitating dual enrollment/articulation requests.
3. Responding promptly to customer's requests.
2. Communicate effectively by:
   1. Conducting presentations to our customers informing them of the services available through the OCP.
   2. Providing OCP brochures, pamphlets, etc to inform our customers.
