Question: What exactly do your graduates do?
Answer
The graduates are usually quality assurance and quality control technicians. They are responsible to assure that the products made by the companies meet the required specifications.
Example: Gasoline, JP4 Jet Fuel, Lube Oil, Alcohols, Deodorants, Cosmetics, Medications, Perfumes, Detergents, Chemicals, Paints, Plastics, and Gases. They are also responsible to assure that the companies comply with environmental laws by testing waste water and other discharges.
The Technicians learn analytical procedures and operate approximately 40 different analytical instruments which allow them to determine the characteristics of a sample.  |
