Creating a Hybrid Course
Want to reduce the amount of time you and students spend
physically meeting in class? Ready to combine traditional face-to-face
instruction with the best aspects of distance education?  Come learn
how to redesign a traditional course into a hybrid/blended course!
Research shows students learn more in the Hybrid format than they
do in the traditional class sections. Hybrid courses allow instructors to

accomplish course learning objectives more successfully than
traditional courses do.  Interaction and contact is increased from
students and between the students and themselves.

Like to learn how to record class lectures, replay with browser, Bb/WebCT,

from the Web using a regular browser. You can prepare your session ahead
of time using a Tegrity or PowerPoint template incorporating text or graphics,
or your lesson can begin as an empty template that is filled in during the
presentation of the session. You also provide to your students another
format for delivering instruction, and the ability to review your class/lecture!

SafeAssign is integrated with WebCT VISTA and prevents plagiarism by detecting
unoriginal content in student’s papers within your existing teaching and learning

to educate students on proper attribution and citations while properly leveraging the
