Refund Policy

• Textbooks: Textbooks must be returned with original receipt of purchase.
• New Books Must Be In New Condition.
• Books Must Have Price Tags

Refunds will be issued up until the 9^th class day of each semester.
Tools and supplies: Tools and Supplies are non refundable unless defective.

Please note:

• Textbooks purchased after refund period are ineligible for refunds.
• Adult Continuing Education books must be returned 3 days from the first day of class.

Buyback Policy

TSTC Bookstore buys books after each semester. These are the times when the store is preparing for the next semester and when used books are still needed for resale.

The list of books to be bought back is prepared from the textbook adoption forms the store receives from the instructor of the course. The bookstore will buy back books at 50% off the retail price if the books have been requested on a textbook adoption form filled out by the instructor. These titles will be bought at 50% of the retail until the maximum stock level (determined by the number of students taking the class the next semester) has been reached. The price for the book drops from 50% of retail to a price determined by the book’s National Wholesale Value.

Educational materials such as lab manuals, study guides, and working papers, will not be bought.
