# d4542e07 Three incident reports have been received and processed pertaining to this concern. The concern is not considered a BIT concern since students are not found to be a harm to themselves or to others. The concern is important and has been referred to the Housing Department and the College Police Department. Housing has informed students of the rules and warned them that if they are caught breaking the rules they could be suspended from Housing. College Police have been asked to patrol the area. If the concerning behavior continues the College Police should be called at the time the behavior is occurring so that the Police can respond. Please be aware that the proper procedure if you believe that a student is under the influence of a controlled substance is to contact College Police immediately. Our TSTC Police will assess the student and provide referrals if needed. All TSTC instructors are informed that they are required to call College Police if any student is thought to be under the influence. Counseling services are available to students in need. We are located in the Student Services building in room 144.
