Customer Service

The Building Construction Technology department supports the mission of the College and the Instructional Division by providing and maintaining an efficient and high quality technical education program. Furthermore our programs provide the construction industries in Texas with highly trained technical employees who perform exceptionally well at entry level and are both practically and theoretically knowledgeable in the use of sound principles, practices and applications in concrete and foundation work, general and finish carpentry, and estimating work. The department further assist qualified graduates in obtaining initial employment as an entry level construction worker, carpenter, cabinetry, estimator, construction inspector, and other construction related employment fields.

1. To provide our students with high quality training and practices based on traditional and contemporary industry requirements.
2. Our Department provide and respond closely to any and all customer input with emphasis on service and individual needs.
3. Our department use and encourage customer feedback, written or verbal as a customer service practice to analyze, evaluate and solve any customer need.
4. Our department will continue to provide highly valuable technical training by maintaining skilled staff with experience in real industry and commercial practices.
5. Our Departments strive on a continuous improvement based on direct contact and input from our industry-student- and directives, as well as a close adherence to our Departments Quality Plan.
