Career Outlook
Upon completion of the program, students are eligible for FAA licensing in airframe and power plant, as well as an Associate of Applied Science degree or Certificate of Completion from TSTC Harlingen.
Our graduates find a variety of job opportunities in an industry with a growing demand for entry-level employees locally, statewide, nationally and worldwide. The salary scales vary widely, depending upon location, companies and job responsibilities.
A & P ACADEMY
Are you currently working under an A&P or have relevant aviation maintenance experience from the military but do not have an FAA A&P license?
If you or someone you know answered.... YES! Then they may qualify for the A&P Prep Academy to prepare them for the required FAA (Written, Oral & Practical) exams. This will complete the process of an A&P Certificate! TSTC-HARLINGEN is accredited and approved for Veterans training. Classes are forming fast.
**A minimum of 5 students is required to form a class. Check out the link below for the different options available.
