WebAdvisor Final Grades - Can be used by the faculty of TSTC to enter final grades for students in their classes.

WebAdvisor Mid Term Grades - Can be used by the faculty of TSTC to enter midterm grades for students in their classes.

WebAdvisor NoShow- Can be used by the faculty of TSTC to enter "No Show" information for students in their classes.

  • Datatel User Interface-For assistance with the installation of the Datatel User Interface, please contact Network Services at ext. 5000.
  • Colleague Access, Changes or Modifications
    • Supervisors, or their representatives, must make the request for Colleague access to the DAT's Office 
    • The DAT's Office produces the Colleague Access request form from a report in Colleague
    • The form is signed by the supervisor and the person needing access
    • The original signed form is delivered to the DATs Office
    • The DAT reviews the form, signs it and faxes the form to Systems
      • Changes to Section 1 are permited, changes to Sections 2 and 3 are not allowed
    • Systems notifies the DAT when the access is complete or corrections are needed
