The Accounts Receivable office is located in the Student Services Building, along North Loop 499 at the intersection of Oak Street.

M - F: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Housing Refunds:

Pro-rated fees are assessed after the 12^th school day. The unused portion of advanced rents will be refunded.

No refunds will be made during the last ten school days of the semester.

A portion of the College Housing deposit may be withheld to defray the costs of apartment repairs, replacement of lost items where tenants liability is obvious, cleaning of the dorm, or for any other charges owed to TSTC.

DEPOSIT REFUNDS:

The Housing Office will submit clearance items to the Business Office for processing of refund, if applicable. The student must clear out dorm of all belongings and turn in keys to be cleared from Housing and refunded the deposit.

All refunds and pro-rated rents are now done using TSTCS Colleague System which electronically pro-rates rent base on date of vacancy.
