Accounts Payable

As part of the Texas State Technical College Business Office, Accounts Payable serves as a support function to the mission of the college and the Business Services Division by providing support and guidance to students, faculty, staff and the community by making payments to vendors in accordance with state mandates; providing student loan, refund, and balance checks; providing faculty and staff travel services and ensuring budgets are not overspent in order to protect and preserve the fiscal resources of the college. The goal of this office is to conduct these interactions in a friendly, courteous and professional manner while maintaining college policies and state mandates.
