- Report to Admissions & Records (Student Services Bldg., Room 136)
- Verify legal name and permanent mailing address.
- Pick up Application for Graduation Packet from Admissions & Records which contains copy of current class schedule.

- Report to faculty advisor.
- Review degree evaluation with faculty advisor
|
 |
- Report to faculty for each currently enrolled class.
- Obtain faculty signature on enclosed class schedule for each class.
- Make arrangements with faculty for early completion of all course work.

- Report to Placement Office (Student Center Bldg., Room 140).
- Complete BOTH the Graduate Release and Placement Graduate Information forms.

- Report to Counseling & Guidance Office (Student Services Bldg., Room 144).
- Complete and Print Graduate Exit Survey.
- Include printed results with Application for Graduation.

- o Report to TSTC Bookstore to purchase graduation regalia.
Note: If you intend to participate in graduation exercises, you must wear cap and gown.

- Report to Admissions & Records (Student Services Bldg., Room 136).
- Submit completed Packet:

Course Schedule printed from WebAdvisor;
-
Graduate Exit Survey Acknowledgement (printed acknowledgement);
-
Application for Graduation Checklist (this Checklist); and,
-
Payment Receipt for graduation fee received from the Business Office. |

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Concurrently enrolled and Virtual College of Texas graduation candidates (enrolled at TSTC Harlingen and another college or university at the same time) must submit official grade(s) to Office of Admission & Records no later than five (5) days prior to graduation.
- All financial deficiencies (library, housing, campus police, business office, etc.) must be cleared prior to graduation.
- Students who complete this process after the graduation deadline must re-apply for graduation and certify for graduation the next semester.
